This game has taken Singapore(Where me and Star live) by storm. I myself played it for awhile, but I came into the conclusion that it sucked. BADLY.

There was really no storyline, it pronoted little virtues in children, and people will easily become addicted to this stuff, hence losing their eyesight.

But, this game also gives the players some kind of "Money-sense" which makes them more effective for searching for bargains for goods in real life.

Oh, no, it isnt. Its a RPG with 2D graphics, and hella more better monsters than ever. There are levels, skills, and quests.

It's a MMORPG, not a RPG. MMORPGs are the online ones, like World of Warcraft, Granado Espada, etc. RPGs are offline, such as Final Fantasy.

Well, its still crappy(compared to most MMORPGs). I wonder how people can still be addicted to them.

It's addicting most probably because of power-hungryness. People want to have high levels, thus they train like crazy and whole day.

Some are addicted because of the reality of the game. You can get a girlfriend, get married, earn money, fight monsters. It's like a different life.

Guess so. But I can't help but feel sorry for those no-life cretins out there playing maplestory for 10 hours a day(Since it is the holiday season now).

Its not like their life is on the line :/

haha i kinda agree with kazuki on maple. i played it myself and it sucks except that the monsters are cute, something u dont see in every game like WoW.
