The assistant principal of North Clayton High School near Atlanta, Josette Franklin, has now resigned. She was romantically involved with the school football coach, Donald Shockley. But that's not why she resigned.

The scandal started when a student accessed Coach Shockley's computer and found some very revealing pics of Josette Franklin...the school principal. That student then downloaded the pictures and began to show other students. Eventually the pics ended up on the Internet, as all racy pictures tend to do, and school officials and parents ultimately found out.

At first, Josette and Shockley died the charges and tried to say that the pictures were an accident. Oops...

No dice. The truth about their relationship and the racy pictures eventually surfaced and Josette Franklin has now resigned.

Seems that more and more racy picture scandals have disrupted schools in the last year. Let's hope this is a short lived trend.
