Anime Discussion and Anime Movies/Viewing

Are these two forums; Anime Discussion and Anime Movies/Viewing, the same? As in, the Anime Viewing part is the same as Anime Discussion, so I suggest that you remove the 'Viewing'.

I think the threads in Anime Movies/Viewing would be better if the posts do not include introductions to the Anime. If we do so, the posters might discuss about the Anime instead of the videos. They will post in the wrong forum in this way.

"Anime Viewing" forum is for threads that contain links to an Anime video. ppl can view the vid, they cant download it easly!, like youtube...

Make a rule for the forum. tell them to discuss about videos only.

I will be implementing rules thread for the rest of the forum, before I am unable to access my computer for the rest of the month

leopard and any other moderator can add in points if they want to. members can also post in there to suggest new rules to be made into the first post.
