Well...
Don because i'm the oldest one and bigest one of my group, and usually in italia the "leader" of a clan / group / team it's called "Don" like the movie "the godfather" with don Corleone
and Tazza it's a diminutive from Tassadar a High templar from the game Starcraft ^^
